Thanks Sue sounds like a great do up there, and good luck to Pogo Morgan. Boy I'd love to have seen Fred pack down in a couple of scrums against Cam Smith if he'd played back in the day!
Some great stories told. Freddy said Bob Batty who was a legend at the time turned up to training and said he’d retired which was totally out of the blue. When asked why by Freddy he just said “ There’s no way I’m keeping that 18 year old kid from Woy Woy out of the side“ . I think Bobby got that one right.
