I know you don't rate Mahoney Bob, but I reckon he's on the podium for the best hooker in the NRL. I concede he's a grub but I wish we had him FFS.

We saw in the paper (Rothfield in the Tele) a few days after I last posted, he was about to be dropped (3 weeks ago) but saved by injury.

I feel like the players that would have been second-rowers 5-10 years ago are the ideal props of today.

The Bulldogs don't look like they have props that just cart it up the middle. Across their entire forward pack, they are getting quick play-the-balls and moving the opposition defenders around.

A few of our players would slot right into their current side/system and do well, but a few too many of our players are just too slow or one-dimensional by comparison.

The dogs coach has them playing consistent footy and are peaking up the ladder
Have they peaked too early ?
Have they more peak in them ?
Between Ciraldo and Gould they have Winners to Keep them in Good stead
That is what Great Mentors do
