Players looking fit and unfit

Now that some of the player profiles have been updated and the training photos are up we can get a bit of a visual of how some key players are looking fitness wise.

Both Mateo and Knight are looking very fit. Unfortunately, Jake looks like he has lost a lot of size. I hope that it's just an unflattering photo.
 
Last year in Jan I saw Mateo in his training shirt at Narra shops and he had a bit of a muffin top. Would be great if he's knuckled down lost that flab. He's all leg and ass power so long as it's still there, he'll still be hard to pull down.
 
Some of the players have come back with a little too much extra pudding some were doing extra work at the local athletic field

Need to get Jake on the 'mass-weight-gain' diet pronto!

Daily:
200g rolled oats and 10 eggwhites/2 yolks
4 x 220g chicken breast/red meat and 300g rice (pref brown).
3 x protein/carb weight gain shakes.
300g pancakes, banana's, maple syrup - 50g whey protein.
supplements:
creatine, amino's, whey protein, mass gainer.

Main exercises (during weight sessions):
Squats and deadlifts!

Go on Ferris, get onto him - 8 weeks to go!
 
Be interested to see what he does with Tapau. If he can shift some raw power into endurance he could be anything.
