I thought he would have been older than 70.

He was tough. Liked the movie Rush as well.
Probably all of the above.
He would've dealt with it...
Yeah just looked it up.
He received a kidney from his brother years ago but it eventually failed and in 2005 received 1from his wife and the lung transplant 8 months ago.
Incredible...
