They are right about the dead zone though. I went to school @ endeavour high and the footy ground is in the middle of nowhere near the old Toyota factory. The only notable feature is the roundabout you need to take to get to Northies. Miss it and you are heading to Kurnell lol.
But ..................…. if they can build a community/ commune like "central park" in Chippendale it might all turn up roses and keep them afloat.
Countering that argument, given I cannot stand Slosh Rothtool, I sincerely hope the Sharks are relocated to Manus Island and end up medivaced to the Christmas island 3rd division.
