I get the hype around Myers, but he's not NRL this year. He played 2nd grade players and looked a step above, but to me he needs to bulk up a little to play NRL. He's 19 so no need to rush him, particularly when we have NRL quality centres as is.

RE Cooper Johns, I wasn't a fan of his signing but he surprised me, at the very least he provides decent halves depth. For everyone saying he's too small....Geoff Toovey says 'Hi'....and no I'm not saying he's the next Toovey, I'm saying he provides depth and is capable of NRL if required.

Harradyn Wilson. If that's his first game against men. Late call up. won't be his last.

Bullemor looked a class above the rest, in the first 20 mins anyway.

Vaega might just be doing a couple of things better than tippy toes. But my gut is may be neither makes Rd 1.

Fainu and Fifita definately see some NRL this year.

Johns was good in attack. As a team happy all those missed conversions didn't cost us that game.

GCKT went better than I expected. Still want to see him defend when there is more speed around the ruck then seen in that game.

Toby not getting enough raps for that win. Yeah ok made some mistakes early. But take nothing away, he bounced back, determination to score that solo try, then set up trys with his electric speed, support play, play making. We don't go close to winning that game without him.

Two little blokes in GCKT and Toby that you can do some work with for later in the year.
