Steve Price on Manly

Just wandered into town, and while i was in there saw Steve Price and he brought up last nights game

His verdict on last night and us at the momemt

Forwards are struggling a bit, He rates Penrith as the best forward pack in the comp, Injuries are hurting us in a big way, but we have done very well to bank a lot of points early so are in a position to hit back out of the hole we are in, which he has no doubt we can do with a fit squad. He also said what we all know, Lyon is a huge loss

Did he mention when he is going to be back? Even though he's not a Manly player always thought he was a true gentleman of our game and always liked how he played

Is hoping to be back this year, but is unsure if it will happen. The heel injury he has is terrible, he can't wear shoes for more than a couple of hours at the moment without discomfort

Fully agree, met him back in 2000 at the physio and he is one of the games true gentlemen.
