To be honest I've never seen anyone here or elsewhere say anything other than Bellamy is an elite coach. He's clearly the best in the last 25 years.

Who are these "people" you refer to?

I think the Penn's simply don't get the Manly culture , I still have faith there are some core players there that are happy to spill blood for the club. Its heartbreaking that their ownership and direction impacts so heavily on its proud history. Moses and his tentacles are not something I see as a positive in any way, shape or form, and its happening under our managements watch. Sad chapter for us all.

Mate, I don't think Scott Penn understands or even likes the game of rugby league. He likes being the owner of a rugby league club, which allows him to get his head in the papers, and he certainly liked hanging around the coaches and players when we were winning premierships. But outside of that?

He fell into ownership of the club through his Uncle Zorba. I'm not even sure he knew much about the club or its history at the time. And now it appears we're stuck with him.
