Steppa played in the centres when he came on against the Cowgirls and did nothing wrong. I'm sure he would be an improved proposition to what we saw early last year, however, why the **** wont Hicks play in the centres.

I know it has been quoted that he would prefer to play on the wing, but who gives a ****. Hicks should play where he is ****ing well told. Hicks is a proven better option at centre than Matai or Steppa.

Time to grow some balls Des.

Hicks IS playing where he is told to play....ohhhh, you mean he should play where YOU want him to play and because Des & Hicks don't see it your way - they should grow some balls? hehehehehehe.....

In saying that......Manly are just weak in the centres. Stepho& Hicks as centres are just plugging the gaps as centres. Manly need a fair dinkum centre to partner bell. I like Steppa, but his defence in the centres last year was often found out. Maybe in attack he would suit centre..........
