GOLDEN RESULTS FOR US TODAY.our chances have improved mightily.next week may be the same.

in terms of a top six finish saints or parra is a good result for us next week.same can be said for raiders/brisbane

roosters with a bit of confidence some chance against knights,ditto souths v panthers,sharks will do it tough in auckland.bulldogs should smash cowboys which would be great as well for us.

may be asking a bit much but we may be 4 points ahead of 7th next sunday.and if not we may be equal fourth.

our sole aim should be top six.7 or 8 means no hope.these out of the blue results have really helped.I think if you survive the homeground playoffs(and sixth should do so even with a lossIMO) then we are a chance against anyone, except maybemelbourne ,on a neutral ground and with an absolute full strength side.

having said that i am fairly confident todays game at oki was a grandfinal rehearsal-and what a game it was.

Good news that the teams below us fell over. Seems a little like last year.

The thing is though we should have won Saturdays game. Especially with one less player for 30 min. Shows that we are a long way off premiership contention.

maybe but most clubs replace top players with first graders,we replace them with reserve graders or players playing out of position who cant handle it.as such we are far more effected than most because of zero depth.

parra had a few out but their replacements were burt for mckinnon(a specialist full back and mom IMO),dwyer for tahu(from backrow).fui for vella(from bench),j smith for t smith(very promising young player).their bench still included pj marsh,widders and chad robinson.

we are a far better side at full strength and therefore 3wins from 4 of late has been good,particularly as we have the greatest ever forward tryscorer and a freak scorer like stewart out of action.our only real attacking options are orfords boot(close to most tries in comp) and a charging matai or kennedy.
the next 4 weeks will tell us.knights will be a worry because we will have 4 tentative players and that matters as we saw from bell on saturday.

Your dead right... The weekends results were absolute gold for us!!

If we can get over the knights and souths then who knows where we could end up!

Maybe if we can get the cash off either Bulldogs or the Storm (the storm cannot keep winning every game 😉 ) the broncos look they have their slippery pants on and if we can get a few wins we could grab their spot for sure
