As much as the Cowgirls and the dumber RL fans like to talk that up, it didn’t decide the game at all. There was a far more blatant try that should never have been given that went their way in the same game - the one where the ball was reefed out of Taufua’s arms right in front of the touchie, more than one in the tackle, and passed across the field for the Cowgirls to score. Even if you deduct both dodgy tries (one from either side), the result’s the same.

i heard bozo on 2gb yesterday talking about the game and he wasted no time in saying what a great try the last one was the raiders scored, then he continued with but it should have never been possible because bj was tackled into touch leading up to it with the white chalk visible on his hand.
he couldn't understand how it was missed either
its funny how no reporters mentioned that in any story i read after the game

How bout the video ref reviewing uate touch all replays show it was cotric the commentators said it was cotric.... play on. Honestly if that was us they would of overturned it they always do the game fixed. They need to let the video ref make a call on forward passes if they are as blatant as that. Common sense rule lets call it. I mean come on this is supposed to be a multi million dollar sport yet they cant do anything apparently about blatant and obvious wrong calls. Like you said above that's 2 tries right there. Its a load of crap

Their budget must be being spent on having two on-field referees where one rules "play on" and the other rules the complete opposite.
Having two refs has been an abject failure. It is so clear to every follower of the game. This is the most important and easiest rule to change. Yet, overnight, Greenturd will change a secondary rule (such as deliberate milking).

Both touchies and I believe one of the refs were dropped after several errors against Canberra. Including the forward pass for the winning try - refs admitted their errors, to Manly at least if not publicly.
