Prefer he does not play for NSW...but is it a fair call to say he is the form centre of 2017 so far?
Running amazing unders lines with explosive speed and strength and has added this factor more and more to his game.
A great athelete, was in a rut of running a little too sideways at times....he is now bursting through the line directly and looks deadly with most carries - needed attacking X factor players missing Turbo...this bloke is just that.

No. The NSW selection policy is to pick players out of position. Thus, had Tom Turbo been fit, NSW would have had four fullbacks in their team: Tedesco, Dugan, Hayne and Tom.

His lack of size and suspect defence will make him a target for QLD backrowers.

But yes, its hard to think of anyone player better in that position across the nrl.

His hit ups just after Uate are blinding. Doesn't need that much size his speed carries him for ten at least.

Think he would handle origin easily. Still only 22 or 23. His time will come if it's not this year. I would ditch Tedesco and have Hayne at fullback Dugan and Walker in the centres and ferguson and Morris on the wings. Hell why not Walker and Uate one side and the breezer brothers in the other.

Laurie daley may be a good man or a good coach but i think he has bad memories of origin that haunt his selections. He was selected young and while he had a good career, he made some legendary origin **** ups in his early years

I think his memories have tarnished his selections over the years and feels he needs players that have played in lots of big games. I dont think he sees walker as that player.

To be honest though walker is up and down over his career , but he is up at the moment and i feel its his attitude that is up that is the difference. He is working hard in between the glory runs.

He and uate would give nsw a great combo. They are really getting a matia and jorge thing going. I dont necessarily like getting manly players selected as i hate qld and i love a win but i reckon these 2 could really help

But manly have been getting some dry tracks so far and the attack has impressed , and i wonder how effective they will be on a dewy winters night. Uate has a few spills in him still

Walker is the best centre in the NRL. His defence contained Inglis last year when he was centre and he threatened in attack. This year has gone to another level. Built for origin.

Holmes is a QLDer though not good enough this year apparently despite being an incumbent starting Kangaroo.

We are biased, we are greedy, we need no injuries - JUST winning premierships! Internationals fine as that's like a training run in A Grade. Want Jake to play in a Sumo outfit please!

Mate, i agree. he has been in career best form. His game's against roosters, canberra, souths and titans were outstanding!

He is leaving his opposition for dead, his burst of speed and ability to get around his opposition center and set up Uate has been so impressive, as has his attitude to come in and do extra work. And the way he has been running onto the ball is so good to watch.

There is a bit of noise on Roberts gettings picked as well which would totally stuff up the size theory

Realistically Dylan has been the best centre all year. It is however no surprise that nsw will look elsewhere.

We can all pick an alternate team to the selectors that would be better.

After all these years it must be a deliberate tactic by nsw to keep the premiership south of the border as much as possible.
