i am a manly  player , but i was born in towoomba & strangely enough in 1981 i was picked for the nsw team i played 2 games for nsw before being selected in the qld team for the 3rd game on the state of origin rules...

he is only one of 6 players to ever represent nsw & qld in the same origin series.. & he was also a member of the 1982 invincibles kangaroo squad..
