Ever been to the USA? They serve meals like this in many places. Have a look at the average yank and you can see the impact. (I have never seen so many fat people in the one place as there!!!!)

yup I was in Hard Rock in DC and got a cob salad to be a little light and lean, it made the bottle of Heiniken I had look like a yakult bottle

80+% of the meals I got there over 10 years were big enough for 2 people, and I am a big eater. It is no wonder they are so huge. I loved it there, I was about 8 kgs overweight and they all made feel like I had been working out in a gym 8 hrs a day. 🙂
