If it is a picture from imgur.com...

In the address bar, type a lower case l (el) before the fullstop before the letters jpg. (at the end)

This will reduce the size of the pic (l for little I guess)

Have you tried clearing your Silvertails cookies and your browser cache, restarting your browser, signing in again and trying again to see if it still signs you out like it was before?

I have to sign in each time on the iPad, but not on the iPhone. Spooky...

Clear cache and and cookies and sign in again. This is usually caused by a cookie corruption
