Apart from an early spill from a bomb was pretty good
He gets involved and disrupts the defensive lines with his speed
Many times created overlaps and nearly scored off a bomb but slipped over after out leaping Cobbo - and is about the only Manly player competing for the attacking
Bombs which is ridiculous
Talau ran hard and made some good tackles and imo got on top of Staggs and actually looked more enthusiastic than most
Oka as always was a handful and will be better for the run
I feel these 3 were the clear standouts tonight and am confident Koula will handle 1 well in coming weeks

Koula went very good, picked up an injury and played on, has the toughness and skill to make a good fist of the one jumper.

Talau and Guaca were good, Brooks and DCE were disappointing for me, they didn’t create enough opportunities, had Garrick been following Guaca in the first half he would have got a try.

In desperate need of a left edge backrower, thought Waddell and Bully got us in the game with their leg speed and efforts in the middle.

Yeh I seen Koula grimacing in pain and next minute running into the teeth of the defence and continued to pop up both sides of the field creating problems
I will add something here - the Broncos have very fast backs besides Oates and Koula will create major problems to opposition defence out wide coming weeks....just wish we had Tapine types with that offload around the middle as Koula's explosive pace would blow up the ruck which is even more valuable
