Yep, I think he'll surprise a few of us (at least I hope so). And I'd like to say I'm with you when you say it doesn't matter ......... but it always matters. Yes, I want them to at least have a go but I will still be bloody disappointed if they lose.

Can't see Woods doing anything other than a solid professional performance .. don't see him as the sparkling kind of player ..

BUT, maybe wearing the maroon and white for the first time will awaken the force ...

Hoping he adds a little starch and order in the forwards. They're not melding well at present. Defense is not up to first grade standard. Need a little leadership. Hope Woods gives them that...but its just a hope

he went well for blacktown, direct etc but through the game they did say his stats were 7 for 57m as he took another 3 m trundle

but he was effective as was sips. got to get that play the ball speed

We have 17 players here tonight good enough to ambush the Storm and bundle them out of the Top 4 and in the process leapfrog them on the ladder and resurrect our season.

If Turbo T is firing he will lift the whole team and we could fully dominate the Storm for the majority of the match.

I'm hopeful that cause it's at home we might start well and be competitive.

But when the typical Storm pressure is applied at some point I still have grave fears we'll roll over like a puppy waiting for its belly to be scratched, just like last week.

My only concern tonight is the backs. With the exception of Tom, Saab & DCE I’m not sure how the others will cope. Our forwards are good enough to handle the Storm forwards & give us a platform to attack…..just wish Schuster, Garrick & Koula we’re playing! At full strength we win easily & can beat anyone! I’m nervous but I think we can still win & win well!

I think young Harper is going to have everything but the kitchen sink thrown at him tonight.

Well I must say that would be something to see and certainly go down in history.

I guess it’s possible , a try every 2 minutes gives you 160, convert say half and it’s about 190.

It’ll need a possession share of about 98% to 2% , meaning Manly get the first set and then don’t touch the ball for the next 78 minutes.

It’d be a sight that’s for sure.
