Seibold isn’t the answer. The team’s going nowhere, there’s no identity, and players simply aren’t developing. The longer he stays, the more damage gets done, he needs to go. Agree XV-1, it just beggars belief Seibold did this. When your medical staff tell you there’s a 90% chance a bloke will re-injure his shoulder, and you play him anyway, that’s not a “calculated risk,” that’s just plain dumb.
