    Mal, I don't buy the Gen Y stuff. "Looking after my family.." is just a euphemism for "I don't want to be here anymore". It may be used legitimately as part of contract negotiations but the second it goes past that then it is because they really don't want to be with us.

    Let him go. With the backing of the NRL there is no way he won't be at the Titans. It is done so stop beating yourselves up about it. We had a halves pairing the envy of the entire comp, and today we have a bucket of money with no plan on who we might target. It is a shambles.
