I agree re the concussion had some bearing on the tackle. However, its my understanding that he has pleaded guilty and given his priors for this type of tackle i would expect that he will get 4 weeks as a minimum.
Agree. I dont rate Sipley but i reckon there is a chance he gets off. He was knocked out which surely was a contributing factor. He does have priors so who knows.
