He’s more capable of holding up the middle than Gosiewski, and doesn’t get driven back a step. i agree, he did seem like an edge player when younger, I wonder if he still has the mobility for it?     I agree he was better - but still see more up-side to Boyle at the moment. He is another big unit but more consistently uses his size and power.

    He’s good - no-nonsense player, makes the right decisions more often than not. Has very good game awareness...little things like deciding to come in off the line when he might be put into touch, etc. Seems mature, and intelligent. I guess he was U20s captain for a good reason..

I am also a fan of T-Sips, and what we saw from Boyle in first two rounds was miles ahead of what we saw from Paseka last week.     Agreed, regarding Boyle. Looked great coming off the bench in first two games. I think Gosiewski would need a run in NSW Cup or whatever, before getting right back in firsts.
