    Woohoo, Game Day is finally here and I'm off to my beloved seat at Brookie. Hoping Gough doesn't ruin our night. Would prefer BFB to be playing, even Aloiai, but really looking forward to seeing the newbies, Jazz & TKO, as well as Turbo, Lehi, Saab and Koula in full flight. Go Manly!

    In the absence of an Injury report, we all have to assume Brown and Aloiai are injured. Seibs should've been asked in his presser yesterday! As I said earlier in the week, I would've thought a fired up BFB at a full-house Brookie for round 1 was a certainty.

    I don't know how the guy expected to come out of the hit in one piece with that little bit of padding. Standing near Haumole in an aisle at Woolies recently I felt like a tiny midget, he is massive and super fit!

    I think you're probably right about Aloiai playing...surely, after an outstanding off-season apparently. Very strange Brown not named anywhere. I would've thought a fired up BFB at a fullhouse Brookie in round 1 was a certainty, so he must be injured.

    Well said but not everyone has a problem with it. I thought James, Vaega & Brown with their attire malfunctions were just as conspicuous, if not more so. As for Aloiai, he may (hopefully) surprise everyone as he was loudly applauded by the team and coaching staff for his off-season conditioning...

    For what it's worth: 1. Storm 2. Sharks 3. Panthers 4. Manly 5. Broncos 6. Bulldogs 7. Cowboys 8. Dragons Spoon: Souths Roosters won't make the 8 with their player losses and injuries. Titans will struggle without Foz, Eels without Gutho and Warriors will miss Johnson and AFB.

    I agree with you on this. Can't see how we've regressed when we've only lost one genuine first grade player in Lawton from last year, yet we've added TKO, Tevaga, Patolo, etc.

    It should be $10 on the hill, or as it's a double-header maybe $20 max. but $42 is outrageous for a trial game and at Leichhardt of all places. Apparently the Tigers fans are saying the Tigers should be paying them to come, not the other way around (and who could blame them)!
