Manly Sydney shield side? Looks like the partnership with Workers might be coming to an end. If the Shield side is providing depth players to reggies,not much need for Workers I would guess. 30 NRL players up to half a dozen supplementary players,the rest from the Shield side.- Adz

Is Jaxson Paulo a starter
He's Rocks and Diamonds,I don't view him as the best option,however,he was given a 3 year contract and you don't usually sign a guy for 3 years to be a backup. Whether he holds onto the starting job.......- Adz

2024 Rumoured and confirmed signings (NON-DISCUSSION THREAD).
NRL has updated contracted player list. Supposedly James and Matterson are on Dev contracts this year and Top 30 next year and Hodgson is on a Dev contract this year.- Adz

People are complaining about what are Blacktown workers signings? Brown and Woods are not even top 30 or Dev contracted players,they are Workers signings (wrapped up as Sea Eagles signings,it does not matter who is paying the bill)and people are complaining,must be the off season..... Supposedly the Dev contract players can play from round 1. There is a cap amount set for train and trial or supplement players who will be available from round 11,I think the maximum amount payable for these guys is $80K per season. This was mentioned by Gus Gould a while back.- Adz

I have seen enough,sign him to a development contract. He is an NRL player,still a lot of development,but very mature for his years. Has an NRL motor and determination. Hits hard,completes his tackles,works hard off the ball,runs hard,footwork,regularly finds his front when tackled. Looks like...- Adz

Yep,stats are just stats,but has a play the ball speed of 2.8 secs which is rare. 9 runs for 90 metres,30 post contact metres and 23 tackles and no misses.- Adz

Good performance in a scrappy game,playing better than Kamikamica who is a top 17 player for Storm. Good motor,good defender with some hustle. Good footwork going into the line. Looks like he has worked hard in the gym from when he first came from Dragons. Hope he gets a train and trial contract...- Adz

He actually had a solid game. Was fairly aggressive in what he did and the attack down his side can't be blamed on him,the inside players caused the outnumbering. Looks like he will be a bit of a similar quality of player to Harper with maybe a bit more attacking ability,might not go looking for...- Adz

Just saw a replay of the game,missed it today. He did not get dragged or cause any Kiwi momentum,he was very good defensively and they looked sharper with him there. I guess I am in the minority ... I like the idea,better than putting a team in Perth or Central Coast or Sunshine Coast etc.... Those areas will not expand the player pool.(In saying that,they deserve teams in the future,just not a priority right now) A second team in NZ will happen but probably...- Adz

Our current middles .. Paseka Lodge Bullemor Sipley Jake Aloiai James Condon Matterson,Lawton and Fulton at the moment can play as 13. Maybe Woods on T&T. Possibly soft at the moment,but not short on depth. Some may be moved on,but then some will/may come in as well- Adz
