    Orford staying on at Manly

I might be in London but I have just been informed by a real estate mate of mine that the Ox is going over the final paperwork for a house on the Central Coast. Either Florimo has secretly secured the Bears entrance into the 2010 comp or he is staying on in the Maroon and White.

Hey all, I don't post often but frequent this place very regularly and i thought i would take this opportunity to wish you all a decent festive season. Its probably the last opportunity i will grab to frequent the site for a long while as i am off backpacking through Asia/India and Europe for...

    Tony Williams

Ok... after watching his first two world cup efforts i am sure that  he is going to be a huge signing for us. Man he is powerful, he absolutely flattened vagana to set up a try and looked dangerous whenever he was near the ball. An off season under des will turn this kid into a star. I think...

How does our forward pack compare ?

Not just the attacking workload but also the defensive. None of our players ever top the games tackle count which means as a whole the squad is fresher when we have the ball.

    Matai

I have been a strong supporter of the guy ever since that game in Canberra in 2005 when he put one on Ben Cross's chin. He packs so much aggression and over the last couple of seasons it had times made him a liabilty. He is much more controlled and professional nowaday and it is no wonder that...

    The Beaver - By Matabele

I have mixed emotions about it all. I am sad that after this year Beaver won't be running around for Manly but at the same time i am pleased as i am moving to the UK at the end of the year and i will be able to see him off in his final ever football match late next year!!!!!!!!!

    If Matai is out

I am liking the way Williams returns the ball from a kick. I still can't believe the depth we have in the forwards and outside backs. Personally i think the best option would be to move Bani one spot in to cover for Matai. He is a strong runner and hard to contain and can contain his man well...

    Storm warning

Unfortunately their go-forward guys didn't get selected for origin. The likes of Sika manu or whatever his name is and Jeremy Smith are the ones who get them over the advantage line. Antonio Kafusi played at club level through the origin  and we all know what he can do. Before this year i...

    Sea eagles no longer screaming

If the club is serious about having input from their fans, put me down Vidmar. I don't know what it would be worth but i did just write 11000 words on the thing.
