Not quite. As I said the issue is regarding an intention to drive, not being intoxicated and that's the issue in law (look it up). If the keys are in the ignition, it can imply that you intended to drive (tricky one that). If you are just asleep in the car especially if not in the driver's seat...- Bearfax

I'm from the pre 2010 legal world so I cant be certain. But it seems you can be charged if you are in the drivers seat and have the key in attempting to start the car. I guess that comes down to the perception of the arresting officer. The issue is about intent to drive not being intoxicated...- Bearfax

Ben is coming of age. He's not as fast or dynamic as Tom but he's tougher and defends better and attacks well. Not as strong a defender as Jake, but faster and more dynamic. Cant agree there. Both players were noted defenders and active in attack, so they made contact very regularly.. It demonstrated just how fit they were. I remember stories for instance of how Hasler used to jog backwards up Darley Road Manly near the old hospital. Cant say if that's just an urban...- Bearfax

True. Point is he is showing good form and obviously it has impressed Bennett enough to place him on the reserves bench. He was showing nothing even in the lower grades at Manly after 2021. Should be a very interesting later stage of the season at Souths.- Bearfax

I didn't see the game, but Wombat64 indicated that in his last game, I assume in the Reggies, he scored a try, set up two others, made 2 line breaks, 4 tackle busts and ran 100 metres. I would think that suggests he's getting there.- Bearfax

I agree in part that there are other factors but Siebold has a better stable of players than Barrett and Hasler had, not that I'm defending their efforts. This side should be very close to a top 4 side given the talent out there.and Turbo on the field.- Bearfax
