I'll agree with that. Since about 2014 there has been recruitment, salary cap, coaching and general administrative issues that have left me rather bemused. I've no issue about trying new things, but it seemed to me the same errors were being made over and again, almost as if the club wasn't...- Bearfax

What marvels did Foz do at the Eels, Dogs and Warriors. In fact he was invited to leave each time. Granted injuries interfered. Here I go like a broken record. Bob Fulton wouldn't win us another premiership with the team we had. Only the team we have now looks to be in any way a challenger, but if they win it will be a team effort jus as it was in the 70s- Bearfax

Seems we have selective memories. Yes we last won a premiership in 2011, but easy to forget that the Sea Eagles should have won the 2014 premiership but for some questionable ref decisions. Agreed Bozo. He's been one of Manly's greats. Would be insulting to allow him to go out with negativity. He gave his all during one of Manly's most difficult periods. None of those players would have won a premiership alone or even with one or two. Premierships are won by having a team of quality players across the park. Manly have not had that since 2014-15. Agreed. Even when the great Fulton left for Easts, Manly remained a top side and won the premiership two years later. Its far worse when a group of top players leave all at once with little coming through. That happened in 2015-16. The Sea Eagles are far better set for the loss of DCE and even...- Bearfax

Should also be pointed out that Tom was almost a passenger and missed a chank of time in late second half as did DCE. Also noted Jake was sin binned at the 62 minute mark with NZ leading 24-16. That alone ended any come back- Bearfax
