    I believe that the on-field ref is being asked to do too much. Having to remember each player's name must be taxing. Revert back to addressing players by the numbers they are wearing. Also, having The Bunker and Touchies yabbing through an earpiece must be distracting. And continually yelling...

    Frankly I'm amazed. Forty percent of voters seem to be happy with The Bunker. I've not met one RL fan in recent years who has not been critical of the system. Perhaps those pro-Bunker voters are too young to remember the way RL was officiated pre-technology. I wonder how long it will be before...

    There certainly needs something done to stop teams deliberately tanking. Easts didn't mind when Melbourne gifted them a win, but you can bet they will start bleating if they lose to Souths and have to watch the 'Fins playing a Canberra team with 10 players rested.
