    Good luck to him, cash in boy. Effort not in question? - debatable, but his effort isn't enough anymore he's a passenger. Barely takes a run, couldn't bust a pimple let alone a defensive line. But at the end of the day he's holding the team back now. Its the real world - no one is "owed"...
