    If we can't get it - and I don't believe we can - I'm OK with the Raiders they are a quality side having on overachieving year. Far preferable to some mob like the Storm!!

    What's worth streaming on TV.

    Billy The Kid, currently showing on Stan. Good handling of the story and characters. Fantastically shot, wardrobed and with their locations. I believe at least some of the production team might have been with the Vikings team, and it shows.

    I am starting to wonder if Seibold feels he is in danger of losing the dressing room, or maybe fears DCE's public decision and continuing declarations are a risk of fracturing the team. He just seems to be trying to be very inoffensive in terms of his public relationship with the players...

    So two horribly inconsistent teams and two worried coaches walk into a pub........... My suspicion is the Broncos if they can manage to get their heads screwed on play a simplified middle game, overpower us there and defeat us. But really who can say with any level of confidence??

    There is absolutely no prospect of a medical retirement for Turbo because, after all, he recovers each time. He certainly seems to have a rather chronic tendency towards injury, but no actual chronic injury. Both he and we will have to keep hoping for good health!

    Hmm seems to me very big wraps and bucks on a teenage guy who has been playing for a team whose greatest ambition is not to come last. But still came last in 2024. We will see. I feel like I personally have seen too many false prophets and failed young stars right here at Manly to buy too...

    I agree with your two key takeaways @Isz : I really cannot see Manly winning the premiership this decade, and I really can see a possibility of us coming stone last. A dismal prospect indeed.

    He was good tonight, really pretty good. Some telling moments in attack and defence. Great acceleration for a critical try. His ceiling is yet to be determined.

    I imagine it will be Jake. However I am not sure he brings the most essential quality in current-game captaincy, which is that you have to be able to speak well with the referees. Lots of guys can provide an inspiring physical example. But your captain must speak well and argue eloquently...
