    That one against Marty showed the refs mindset. He was in 'find a way to get parra out of trouble' mode. It wasn't a mistake/bad call, he knew what he was doing. And he's our 'number 1' ref........ That penalty was a perfect example of a ref being able to use discretionary penalties to shape a game
