Every Tuesday at 4.00pm Sydney time, NRL.com and each club will announce a 21-man squad consisting of 17 "Active" players named in position, with a maximum of four additional players named as "Reserves" I interpret this as saying there will be normal 17 man teams named with 4 additional reserves- Manly To Win!

Remember Blacktown have 3 open age sides to fill, hence why they're signing all these players. You'd think the very best will be in NSW Cup.
