    The No-Look News (Schuster Chronicles)

Sure, but he would be suited to a lot of other clubs with strong defensive structures in place but lacking an attacking spark. We have the same problem as the titans. A bunch of highly paid players that love the highlight reels but don't want to do the hard work (minus Jake).

    The No-Look News (Schuster Chronicles)

This contract shows exactly how dumb our club is (if it is true). We have a bunch of attacking weapons and terrible defence. As talented as Shuey is, he's a luxury in a team with Turbo, DCE, Guac, Koala. Having a strong but average 5/8 and investing that money to bolster our hooker or middle...

    Aaron Woods

He was involved, which is more than I can say for a few of the other guys playing Reggies this week. Defended well too.

    Post-Game Discussion Manly v Storm [Round 7, 2023]

That's what happens when the forwards play hard. Let's see if they can back it up next week against a team that will be hard to "fire up" for or if we go back to trying to play fancy.

    Dummy half passing

It would be nice to have the forwards receive the ball wider and with momentum.

    [Resurrected] Gordon Chan Kum Tong

I hope this guy is the answer because we are not winning a premiership with Croker in the team, no matter how hard he tries. His goal line defence is terrible. His service to our forwards is a massive problem and he gets bamboozled about making simple decisions when we actually do get in the...

    Croker is terrible. So terrible.

Game Day: Panthers v Manly [Round 6, 2023]

I’ve been watching Tui pretty closely since he came - he’s a terrible defender. All our edge guys are terrible at defending. It’s all good to be able to bust tackles but it’s far less important than stopping basic backline movements.

Coach Seibold thoughts so far.... so good

Flanno would give me more confidence. Bring back the peptides! Might make a few of these guys rip in.

    The ball was out!!!!!

    Bradman best scored that try.

Game Day: Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

Our team is dumb, has been for years. Our Warriors-esque recruitment strategy of flashy players that don't want to work is killing us.

Mandatory stand down for concussion introduced

Need a week off between semi and grand final now. I like the rule. I like forcing depth. Firstly it means teams will have to place some emphasis on their reserve grade pool and it's development, which should stream down to junior football at some point. Secondly, those top heavy teams will be...

Will any youngsters step up this year?

Koula will be regarded as one of the best centres in the competition by the end of the season. The rest I'm not sure about. To have a young prop emerge we're going to need better service at the advantage line.
  15. Tomay

DCE .. The answer is nigh.

He's usually one on one on the edge and we slide now rather than go up and in like we did in the past.

DCE .. The answer is nigh.

Would be a gun hooker. Can tackle better than he gets credit for 1 on 1 on the edge. Better as a gun halfback though.

    Thomas Flegler

This is the exact guy we need. Then a hooker who can give him the ball at the advantage line.

    Flanagan Signed as assistant

I like Flanagan. Wish he was the head coach.

Reviewing the stats, and what it could mean for next year.

Service from hooker hurts our forwards significantly. They don’t get the ball at the advantage line.
