[Resurrected] 2021+ On & Off Season Misdemeanors

You have to wonder who thought it was a good idea to invite John, given the nature of his exit from that club, after…umm…an initial insertion.

Canberra star Josh Papalii has been issued a court attendance notice to face charges of intimidating police and failing to leave a licensed premises during an alleged incident last month.

Papalii and younger brother John were asked to leave the Raiders Gungahlin Club in the early hours of Monday September 16. It’s alleged they were acting aggressively, smashed glasses and initially refused to leave.

NRL players. Putting the mad into mad Mondays since 1989.

Chooks could be scratching around trying to find halves to start the 2025 season. While they don't usually result in jail (they can) they do take a long time to resolve. No way he can play with that hanging over his head, I'd have thought.

They will simply buy Hunt.

It is a Roosters player !!!!!!

The Brisbane Broncos' off-season problems have continued as their star five-eighth Ezra Mam was taken to hospital overnight after being involved in a car accident.

First reported by The Daily Telegraph and later confirmed by the club, Ezra Mam was involved in a car accident on Friday afternoon and was subsequently taken to hospital.

It has now been reported by the publication on Saturday morning that he has tested positive for a roadside drug test.

H
He’s a very lucky boy, only getting 2 years for 8kgs of cocaine, considering his past form.

He’s also very lucky his partner has forgiven him for his violence against her.

That was his 3rd stint in the big house, I wonder if he’s learned anything from it all 🤔

I wonder if he’ll use the JAC defence method of complete denial?

Its interesting (slightly) the drug test is conclusive that he had traces in his system but i wonder if it's possible it got there without him knowing or deliberately ingesting? Slipped him a mickey, or just contamination from others he was with? (somehow, no idea if that's possible but then again anything's possible!)
As for denial, reminds me of Turbo slipping in the shower. No-one believed him (except me, and I'm really gullible) @:D

Best thing Ezra could do for himself is get out of Brisbane - looks like the Bronco silver badge of immunity past players have had is being distributed less frequently
