The Sea Eagles face the prospect of losing another winger ahead of Round 3 after Tommy Talau suffered a game-ending ankle injury on Sunday afternoon.

Talau – who was making his club debut as a replacement for Jason Saab, who is set to miss six weeks with a hamstring injury – will have an MRI on Monday, with coach Anthony Seibold saying the club is unsure if he suffered a dislocation or break at this stage.

Seib's was quizzed on this at the presser and kind a laughed at the comment being that Tutbo is always under the microscope, saying nah, he's fine then went onto say that Ola had a bad cramp.
