I don't give a toss what the stats are, Cecchin is one of the worst refs goin round. He's had it in for manly since his debut a few years ago,which I'm pretty sure was against the warriors in NZ( he stitched us up that night).
For Cecchin to be anywhere near a GF spells big trouble for manly. It just shows how low the referee ranks are, for him to get a start.
His appointment could be a payback by Bill harrigan after all his run ins with manly over the years. Just a thought.
