Very solid for us. Only 21 and has so much potential if he has a big offseason.. There are some real positive cultural signs going on at Manly in relation to the players agreeing to extensions long before they need to.

That may be why Ennis retired ... it would certainly stop some of the grubs causing **** in the play the ball area.

Well done, another step in the right direction. Many were screaming blue murder when we let Vave go. For mine the club had made the right decisions all round.

Good to see,low risk with high upside.Not a lot of high profile props off contract at the end of 2017 and with extra cap money for all teams and many players off contract will cause a feeding frenzy for the top players overall (and top players at each position).If he has an average year or injured then we get a guy signed for 2018 with a point to prove or cheap depth player, but if he plays to potential and starts for us and maybe makes Kiwi side then clubs looking for props could pay up to 700k for him(yeah at best but dragons paid 600k for Vaughan this year).We will have paid him well but not have paid overs for him and have avoided potential bidding war for him...we have also now got starters plus bench forwards and some depth for 2018 and don't have pressure to sign any forwards apart from depth and hopefully we can do that from within the club. Lussick,Hastings,AFB,Taupau,Sironen,Trbojevic plus Lane, Brown/Koroisou,Myles,Perrett,Faingaa
