I just can’t understand why the NRL is making zero effort to discourage it. My guess is that it generates drama and clicks to promote the NRL entertainment brand? 🤷‍♂️

Because they are **** scared of being seen as not protecting players, even from face slaps. We are worse than soccer at this point.

His last 2 seasons with Parra have been really good, now he's developed a good offload in traffic. But, some players are meant to be in other teams and Tuilagi fits in well for them.

Walker should mentor DCE. Walker has - gasp! - learned and developed as a player since coming into the NRL, working on and improving everything in his game. In his 57 years in the NRL, Cherry has learned sweet FA. What can he possibly teach Walker about halfback play?

As far as mentoring Walker goes, I honestly think they'd be better off paying Cooper Cronk to do it off the field which would also be a bit of a guiding light on the field.

I really can't see the benefit of DCE going to the Chooks unless they've also promised him an assistant coaching job at the end of it.

He might make a good coach, but that remains to be seen. Maybe one day he'll be back at Manly in a coaching role??
