Repeatedly kicking someone on the ground in the head is a definite full-time jail sentence if proved, so a bit more serious than 'mischief' I'd say.
The news report makes it sound like it was Manly people fighting each other??? They do mention that Hoppa was only involved to try to break it up.

I would also query the use of the word “brawl” when it would seem there were only 2 combatants.

The older one, Sione, is in the top 30 squad and the younger ones are younger. Probably SG Ball / HM cup this year.
