Hi All,
This isn't really totally rugby league related, apart from the fact that they are manly Sponsors and some of the players are up there every now and then.
However I really wanted to give these guys a plug.
They are a gym and fitness academy focussed on kids, my daughter went up there to Forestville to try the cheerleading back in January, she now does it 6 days a week and has joined a team. They do gymnastics, football (the round one), strength and conditioning as well as other fitness classes for kids of most ages.
It's a really friendly environment and great for the kids to get involved in fitness and activities. I even ran into some friends I haven't seen for 15 years, as his cousin Moke is the owner.
It's really worth checking out for both boys and girls if you have kids. It's an all new startup.
They have open days every now and then, but if you have kids come and take a look and they will most likely let your kids have a free try-out session if you ask nicely.
My daughter, Matilda went from never doing gymnastics and cheerleading to absolutely being in love with it and wanting to do nothing else.

Note: No money or sponsorship was offered or accepted in return for this plug, its a genuine, this is a great business, place and environment and a Manly sponsor so worth checking out!
