Just heard Trent on triplem,all of the commentators couldn't praise him high enough,they were saying how the team love playing for him,to me that says he's got them on the right track,he did say that there still plenty of improvement in the side,remembering that there's a lot of new faces,but overall his happy that the team want to win for each other.

Its massive. You could have a very smart coach but if he doesn't have a personality cannot get the players to believe in what he is trying to coach or believe in each other or believe in the system they are coaching then it wont matter. I think baz has the footy smarts and a is a coach the players are looking up to and all buying into what he is building at the club. All the players respect him and that is so vital

Absolutely. He never waivered either. Completely even keeled. I'm pretty happy about our acquisition here !
