I remember when Blocker was forwards coach way back when and we were playing a trial match at Wynumm Manly 04,05?(forget who we played). Thought we'd slip down the hill and listen to Blocker firing up the forward pack! What a joke. (Just to interrupt.)....i was coaching under 10's at the time and was hoping for some inspirational quotes to take back to the kids....haha....all I got was ' Fu@kin hit 'em in the head, they can't run if they haven't got heads (I kid you not). And other awe inspiring quotes.
Cartwright seems to have the forwards purring along, let's leave it that way.

And being young helps.
I had to laugh when he said they take some controlling.
I can just imagine some of the young blokes in downtime would be like a bag of cats.

Cartwright signed with the Panthers....for 2018 and beyond.

Personally, couldn't give a rats. The assistant is there to aid in experience in all things other than footy mostly. Baz has had a baptism of fire in his 2 years. Cartwright will be replaced by someone else. The players are playing for each other and Baz...not Cartwright.

That hasn't been confirmed...the Panthers have enquired but he hasn't signed anything.

Wow, can see why the guys are playing so well this season. Says all the right things, demeanour seems perfect and easy to see why the players would respond to him and buy into what he is bringing to the table

Remember on here earlier this year when he was copping it for laughing when Baz cracked it in the coaches box? Apparently lacks passion. Amazing how winning changes everything haha

I would like to see Hoss stay on for awhile. Obviously he is a Penrith boy and would probably like to be involved there again at some stage. Clearly though he is having a positive impact at Narrabeen and is an able and experienced assistant, plus presumably a good sounding board for Trent.

Hasler did well with his principal assistants. So did Tooves. Let's try and keep Hoss for longer than two years.

We should be looking at getting ivan cleary as assistant. He has had the gig at the tigpies for weeks now , he cant be far off getting the punt. Might still be able to get him by june 30
