Journey Man
BJ is big, fast and has no passing game. Perfect for prop, not for centre.
He's quick over 40, but after that he quickly runs out of puff. Perfect for a prop.
We have others (Peta, Jorge, Cheyse) who would be more suited to centre IMO.
Besides, Skivy ain't going nowhere and when he does retire (because I believe he'll remain a one club player), either of the 3 mentioned above, or even Gutho or Turbo Tom would be in line before BJ who'll most likely be 31 or 32 at that point.
Even though we have the best two centres in the NRL with Killer and Skivy, their ages compared to the rest of the NRL's centres gives them a "Dad's Army" look (thankfully that ARE that good). Replacing one with a player who is also 30+ isn't the way to go.
