I'm not a newbie I've been around here for >10Years but seriously is ST getting MUCh WORSE with people like @BOZO, @Ryan, @Snake and others gone? The banter and character has gone. It's woke. Whether there was agreement or disagreement the banter was funny. Too many people took it too personally .... although I think @Technicalcoach is a knob ..... I actually love his knobness and like his posts

I upgrade my account every year. But without differing opinions, the missing characters, the wokenes (of some) and with too many personal attacks this place surely has to end at some point? If that happens I think all us old ****s would miss something.

It wasn't always like this. It's just gone woke ...... where is the fun? I always used to use this place as a safe place to come and have a chat, vent about Barrett or Penn but basically have a laugh, have a crack or joke at each other. FMD it should be Manly fans having some fun together? At times it is nasty.

A) How has this site gone woke??? I mean I see plenty of discussion back and forth on any and every topic. Nothing I see has changed.

B) As far as I'm aware people haven't been bannned, they are just posting less or have decided not to post at all. We cant control peoples choice in that regard.

C) posting volume goes up when we are losing, a few back to back.losses and I think a few familiar faces will return

Only been a poster just shy of 6 years now and before that a regular browser for about 2 years but just from recollection from 8 years ago , quite a few regular posters have just opted out for whatever reason , so maybe just a cyclical pattern . Not sure if it is a woke thing maybe just different circumstances and personal factors for most that have opted out and again for whatever reason ,Then others and usually quality to take up the slack . Certainly with really insightful posters like SmoKin Joe Snake , The better Robbo and others , the lively input of Bozo, Biff and Happily Manly , really disappointing them no longer posting . Different levels of getting too or perceived personal always a factor of course and really can not do much about that except to always encourage and some adherence to respectfulness and tolerance . .

I’ve loved and hated posts and opinions by pretty much all on here. This season I find myself a little less connected to the place due to the lack of personalities like @BOZO and @Ryan (merchant of doom). Biff too. Wish they’d come back. Hope they do.
