Also happy with Archer.

Sean Hampstead is a good adjudicator and seems like an OK bloke - the refs (including Hampstead) and touchies were staying at the Mercure Inn in Townsville last season the same as a group of us who where there for the game.

He was very approachable and open to a chat about the game and refs/rules/interpretations etc.

He even cracked a smile and had a laugh when young Sam asked for his autograph by politely saying "Excuse me Mr Bean could I please get your autograph"

But Cecchin......(I'll need to look back on how many times we've had this guy now as it seems we've had him every week!!)

Still haven't got over the Cecchin decision from the GC game at Skilled last year. But have drawn some comfort in having Archer as the senior ref, he's the best by a fair margin.

Weren't these two blokes the refs when P/matta threw those forward NFL passes in the first round game against p?matta

I vote we get Badger as the ref, for very obvious reasons.  Funny how we never get him.
