Ch 9 recording at Dee Why Beach today

I have just been advised Channel 9 will be recording at Dee Why Beach today between 12 and 1, for tomorrows Today Show and Grand Final Broadcast.

They would like as many people as possible down there in Manly colours.

Meeting near the playground area just before 12.

Lets get heaps down there so it looks good on the telly tomorrow.

Tell them to go to the Corso - its in Manly colours and full of people for the Jazz Festival.

We had a big TV crew in DY yesterday - interrupting our view of the ships sailing down for the Fleet Week 😎

Good crowd turned up

LE - DY Point is choppy and Beach closed due to winds and rips.

It was an alright crowd, apparently we'll be on Ch 9 News tonight. Though we got some strange looks, they got us right down on the beach and we were chanting, had banners, and Jono had his Drum.

Double check your recording settings tomorrow as its daylight savings +1 in NSW tonight.

Also noticed that Nein have altered the name and time, so my PVR setting disappeared today. Safer to just set channel 100 record from 7:15pm.
I recall that someone on here, in 2011, only recorded the pre game stuff 🙁
