CHN

Seriously who the hell is CHN?
I had to search for it too,
Corey Harawira-Naera

Its just a Panthers thing, they don't seem to have players or anything that isn't abbreviated to 3 characters. I think it is so that Gus can comprehend it all as anything over 3 characters starts to get foggy for him as he will forget the first character by the time gets to the fourth.

lol. I like how you 'only look forward' as the name of chn was mentioned only 7 posts before you asked the question.

the only way is up! -Yazz

Still...in another chn thread...it took me about 20 mins of googling to find out who the hell it was.

Thanks Dan.

Never heard of him.

I thought it might have been that front rower who kept getting smashed last week, who's name I also dont know.

Now to the shops and pick up a Big League, my most recent copy has Royce Ayliffe on the cover.

Gus and Bozo honour agreement

Last week we reported Corey Harawira-Naera was staying put at the Penrith Panthers despite a big offer from the Manly Sea Eagles. Turns out Manly pulled out of the race to sign the talented backrower because of a gentleman's agreement between Penrith supremo Phil Gould and Manly legend Bob Fulton not to poach each other's players.

The Panthers were willing to let him go at the start of the season, which is when Manly and the Wests Tigers entered the equation. However when the Panthers changed their mind, Manly dropped off. The Tigers went hard but missed their man.

So let me get this gentleman's agreement right. They get Whare and Hiku, and we get Poo. So why can't we get CHN, return Poo under warranty and still have one or two in the bank they owe us?

We got Api ...So....

I agree with your logic and would love to tun back time, but... time has shown that Whare isn't going to be much better than he is now (good 1st grade player - nothing special), and Hiku is in Mounties, again nothing special.

We have Brown (nothing special), and Api (getting a lot better).

Trade sadly doesn't look that terrible; in order - API>Whare>Brown>hiku based on form and where they play at the moment.
