we dont possess any second phase plays/offloads. even eels has a good offload game. I also stick by what i say about how our centres and wingers are too small. many argue the days of the big centres are over and the game is quicker and we need koula type centres. But i totally disagree. whilst koula is good at attack and some says his defence is top notch, Koula and lehi are small players. (how are they suppose to stop a big centre or winger charging at them? Look at manu, Sualli, Young and Tupou. we were up against it even before kickoff. manly needs bigger/taller centres and bigger/taller wingers. talau is a minumum size to be a backline player.( we missed Saab) To be honest , manly should be congratulated to make it to the 2nd week with all our weaknesses for all to see. The possession count 56% to roosters and penalties 7-4 to the chooks also meant we had no chance.when burbo came on, it was a good counter against the bigger roosters units. There is a reason why the prelims are usually the top 4 sides.

"A team's 18th interchange player will also now be able to be used if two teammates are ruled out of a game by failed Head Injury Assessments"

Yeah, good points. We were monsterd in the backs alright. Lot's to think about before the start of next season.

It was interesting that when Jake went off I'm pretty sure crocker went to #13 with Lawton at #9. Wonder if crockers future lies at a 13 or maybe utility rather then starting $9

I think Crokers leg speed is not there for a 13, young Navale would be an option there.

He has been hopeless for the past month and again did nothing tonight. And really didn’t produce consistent performances all year. Very disappointing.

The one positive out of tonight for me was the crowd filled with manly people. Was great to be there to see it. Tragic that we were dished up that sort of game, but I think we can once and for all dispel this stupid myth that manly fans don’t travel.
