Coach Seibold thoughts so far.... so good

I'm just stunned that he thinks he is entitled to be involved in a succession plan wtf? This is not a great of our club he should be thankful he got an extension and concentrate on coaching and let others worry about our next coach.
The minute he put a date on his planned coaching exit we should have said thanks for your service bye.

Yes I don’t think a coach who is struggling to get his team into the finals, for the second time in three seasons - should be projecting where he thinks he sits in the organisation in the future and who then replaces him - in his current role.

I hope the noise around Ballin comes to fruition, because Ennis’s career trajectory to date more closely resembles a human pinball, bouncing from one club to the next, rather than a man with overwhelming loyalty to one organisation.

Ennis might become a great coach, but will he be constantly looking for a better gig elsewhere?

How can one be the coach involved in a succession plan when he does not want to be involved in long term coaching ?
Good coaches are overachievers
He has not overachieved in his 3 years as coach
The first year we missed the finals
The second year he took a similar roster that Des made the finals with and no further
The third year we are regressing .
He overcoaches and underachieves .
Mestrov knee jerk extension of Seibolds Contract is a Contradiction to the Cause
Mestrov played this the way he played his 17 substandard first grade career games for Manly

Either Cleary or a basket case, not Siebs.

What is the purpose of Haslers way of ripping off doors ?
It was a way to awaken his players to pull their finger out and find a winning way

Wayne and Jack had others ways of Successfully awakening their players

Sleepy Somber Seibs who desires to study and learn about coaching has not learned anything about the awakening way as he has not woken his players from their inconsistent winning plays in his 3 years at Manly

Ballin is constantly being mentioned BUT he seems very grounded up here , new wife , baby on the way , job with a rich club with the chance of being the “ next up “ at the Broncos.

I somehow think it would be very doubtful.

He's been asked to do this before, and avoided it by saying he isn't the CEO, it's not his job to find the right coach, etc etc, Manly greatest club of all time etc.

Why dont you ask this question to the so called Professional Pfaffs at our Manly club that get paid to find quality replacements ?

Quality recruits exists and Quality professional recruiters find them

and Neither is Mestrov who not only signed but extended the underachieving Seibold that does not have any passion to be a long term career coach .

I will still call you a feathered friend because at Manly we may think differently but we all love and are part of our Legendary club and we all want it to be successful
We all hurt when we lose and some hurt much more than others

The Constant negativity on this forum is derived from the constant underachieving Manly loses
and from all the underachievers that are accountable at our club

As for questioning the ones at the club
The ones at the club read our posts . They know All our point of views
I am a football club member and I vote accordingly .

I’ve been arguing with a guy on one of the Facebook groups , claims the board & club are totally divided along the “ Mestrov / Seibold V King/Ballin “ lines.

When asked who is divided , he won’t ( or can’t answer ).

When I stated ( which is correct ) that our current set up is a Dictatorship, he won’t ( or can’t ) respond.

He mentions the “ board “ ( which doesn’t really exist ) , I counter with “ there’s an advisory group and the Football Club has a seat on this but almost zero say “ he won’t ( or can’t ) answer.

I say , “ all you are doing is regurgitating the media BS” he does respond , and calls me a ****ing cockhead.

I don’t doubt for a moment there’d be some staff , some sponsors that aren’t happy but my point is, whilstever you have one owner it’s a dictatorship and nothing will change unless the dictator wants.
