Yes I don’t think a coach who is struggling to get his team into the finals, for the second time in three seasons - should be projecting where he thinks he sits in the organisation in the future and who then replaces him - in his current role.I'm just stunned that he thinks he is entitled to be involved in a succession plan wtf? This is not a great of our club he should be thankful he got an extension and concentrate on coaching and let others worry about our next coach.
The minute he put a date on his planned coaching exit we should have said thanks for your service bye.
I hope the noise around Ballin comes to fruition, because Ennis’s career trajectory to date more closely resembles a human pinball, bouncing from one club to the next, rather than a man with overwhelming loyalty to one organisation.
Ennis might become a great coach, but will he be constantly looking for a better gig elsewhere?
