Great verdict for Brett and the club this week. Think about this though.The NRL suspended Brett for 4 matches ,and fined the club, on the allegation that he was intoxicated at the Manly season launch. The court proceedings and their outcome last week, apart from finding Brett innocent of all charges, proved in fact that he was not intoxicated. On this basis I thought Manly and Brett would have a pretty good case for being deprived of natural justice in being wrongly charged and punished for that. Gallop should resign, Manly should be refunded their 100K and the NRL should very publically apologise. Straight after that, I'll go outside and watch the pigs flying past.
