I feel for him as well. He's got the weight of expectations on his shoulders. I hope he recovers quickly.

I wish no ill on the kid, but apart from being a good defender, he offered very little else, and obviously didn't help DCE much either. Speedy recovery buddy!

Very sad because I thought he was finally starting to realize his potential last night.

He was unfairly criticised. He always had a go and never played crap.
People expected too much of him when in reality he was brought in as 2nd/3rd choice but the departure of green and failed attempt to get pearce plus the Hastings dramas, he was thrown into the deep end.
He was playing his best game of the year before he got injured.
Hope he makes a good recovery.

He was playing quite well last night so a shame it happened when it did. Crazy how so many people expected to see an elite level half at 20 years old with half a dozen NRL games under his belt

He tackled well and looked good running with the ball at times, and was looking likely to cut through them a few times last night, and 1 think I'm sure on is that we have had better value for money out of him this season than the Cowboys have had from Morgan

I really enjoyed watching him play last night and he looked like he added something to the team. I still believe he will he improve enough to be a good little first grader and I hope he doesn't give up on his dream.

Shame. Playing his best game by far last night. Seemed to be playing with more confidence and was taking the line on and always cutting through four times. Also some great one on one defence. I thought that changed the match. Moving API out of hooker and having brown in there didn't look threatening after that

I thought most of his performances this year were adequate - last night, second half against Tigers and Raiders games particularly. He was improving and that's all you can ask.

Terrible luck for him if it is an ACL, given he is only on a one year deal it doesn't give him a lot of security. Feel sorry for the guy and I hope the club look after him for the rest of the year. Be nice if we could offer him a contract for next year, but it'd be a risk given his injury history.

He would have come good by the end of the season on the offensive side of things and was a great defender. While he wasn’t winning us games now, he wasn’t to blame for us losing them. This is more of a loss than people realise.

1. No real coaching for 12+ months up until the 2018 pre season,
2. Thrown straight into an NRL spine with one game under his belt,
3. Expected to hit the ground running.

He was always on a hiding to nothing.
